ITS SCOTLAND – SQUAD TRAINING

Author: In preparation for next years Fight Night and international events at The ITS British Championships, Scotland Squad training will now take place every Friday.
The training is open to all adult students however you must have the approval of your club instructor on a weekly basis before you attend. The training session only lasts one hour however it will be very physically demanding so if attending you must be prepared to give it your all!

Pitteuchar Club Closure 22nd June
At the moment, there will be no class at Pitteuchar Club on Monday 22nd June 2009, due to myself and Mr Fisher having other commitments. We will inform students as soon as possible, should circumstances change. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
